Hi friends.
As we have already done before, we are now trying to gather again more feedbacks from tourists who visited Venice in the past year. The purpose is to understand precisely what were the most confusing things, the problems you encountered, what information you couldn’t find, and of course what you enjoyed the most in our beautiful but complicated city.

You don’t have to worry about your informations or your contact details. Just express yourself freely, nothing will be stored or given to any 3rd party. All the feedbacks you’ll share with us will be used only to improve our guide and to help us helping other people like you.
Think about it this way: somebody else might be spared from bad experiences you had in Venice, and the only thing you need to do is to spend one minute to fill out our form.
In exchange for your time, we’ll reply with an electronic thank you card with one of our pictures of Venice.
A few of you will be picked randomly instead with a special card. You’ll immediately understand that it’s not a normal greetings card. Those of you who’ll receive it, will be eligible for a free tour with us in Venice, and complementary spritz, ice cream or whatever offered by us.
